I intend to refer to the case studies of all emergencies that occurred in high- rise buildings all over Poland, such as high- rise buildings class A and B, T.V. transmitters, radio and telephone masts, structural cranes, pylons, chair lifts and cable coasters as well as all incidents below ground such as wells, drains, min shafts and caves.
