Lessons learnt from Catrina hurricane.
William Peterson is a commandant of fire service of Plano city in Texas. He has been associated with fire service from 30 years. During Catrina hurricane he was a leader of Emergency Operational Centre. Plano city was one of the points where injured civilians were evacuated during Catrina disaster.
