Decon Foams

Foam used for decontamination should be highly dispersive, steady and sticky, so that it could remain on vertical surfaces, ceilings and constructions for a long time. Fires and Blasts in Coal Mines

On Tuesday, 21 November 2006, Poland was shocked by one of the worst mine accidents in the last years. In Halemba mine in Ruda Śląska a methane blast killed 23 miners 1030m underground, near a working face intended to be closed. By Tomasz Sawicki.

Disciplinary Procedure: Important Decision of the Supreme Administrative Court

The Supreme Administrative Court decided that disciplinary proceedings representative has the right to challenge the final decision issued by the supreme disciplinary proceedings committee by referring it to the administrative court (after hearing the appeal against the decision issued by the lower disciplinary proceedings committee).
